Your own shelf at the pickup point

You rent a fixed slot at the nearest point. What you order arrives there, and what you want gone leaves from there. The assistant handles slots and codes over text message.

What can go on the shelf

The slot does not care what it holds. The same slot serves different directions in different weeks.

An online order

The order comes to the point, not to your door. You do not wait at home and you do not drive across town.

A return

You leave the return on the shelf when it suits you. The courier collects it on their own round.

Something for sale

You put the item on the shelf and the buyer collects it with a code. Neither of you has to agree on a meeting or wait for the other.

Handover and lending

Passing things on without meeting: one leaves, the other collects, both on their own schedule.

Food and chilled goods

A cold slot holds the temperature and records it. A batch from a producer keeps until you have time to collect it.

The assistant

The interface is a text message

You install nothing and create no account. You write what is coming or going, and the assistant handles the slot, the code and the notifications. It works on a basic phone too.

The assistant never decides to open the door. It triggers a right of access whose conditions the platform checks: a valid reservation, the right time window and the right number.

The text message assistant is in pilot use at the first point.

A parcel is coming tomorrow, put it on my shelf

Done. Slot 14 is reserved for you until tomorrow. I will send the code once the parcel has been dropped off.

What is on my shelf right now?

Two things: yesterday the parcel, and a return box. The return goes out with the courier on Thursday.

How to get started

Pick the point and the slot

You tell us which point and what kind of slot you need: room temperature, chilled or frozen.

You get a number

You save the assistant number on your phone. From then on you write everything to it.

You use the slot

The slot is yours month by month, also when it is empty. You tell the assistant whenever something is coming or going.

Three temperatures in the same point

Room temperature

Parcels, returns, items for sale, dry goods.

Chilled 0-6 °C

Fresh goods. The most sensitive get their own 0-2 °C zone.

Frozen -18 °C

Frozen fish, berries, meat and ready meals.

Temperature is measured continuously and any deviation raises an alert. For food, self-monitoring records itself.

Honest limits

Worth knowing before you reserve a slot.

The point is unmanned. Nobody inspects what is left on a shelf, so forbidden goods are ruled out in the agreement.
The goods are yours. The point provides a locked space, a temperature and logged events, not insurance for the contents.
The access window is short and it is granted to an event. The lock also works offline and cannot revoke a granted right mid-window.
Collection is your time. Choose a point on a route you travel anyway.
Food follows food law. Some product groups need a notification before they can be brought to the point.

Frequently asked

Do I need an app or an account?

No. The assistant works over text message, and your phone number is enough to identify you. The door opens with a code or a door button.

Can any online shop deliver to my shelf?

A shop can deliver to the point if it is a customer of the point or uses a delivery partner we have agreed with. Tell the assistant what is coming and you will see how it can be handled.

What happens if I do not collect my things?

The slot is yours, so nothing goes anywhere. The assistant reminds you, and for chilled goods the shelf life runs out before the slot does.

Can anyone else see what is on my shelf?

No. The contents are visible to you, and support sees only what fixing a fault requires. There is no recording camera surveillance at the point.

Can a business take a slot?

Yes. The same slot works for a household, a business and an online shop. A business also gets invoicing and access rights for several people.
